How much does shipping cost for large furniture items?
We offer flat-rate white-glove delivery for $99 on all large furniture pieces, which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.
What is your return policy?
You can return any non-custom item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition; please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase?
Yes, we provide up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the quality of our upholstery in your own lighting before committing to a piece.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-made or backordered furniture can take between 6 to 12 weeks depending on the specific artisan workshop.
Does Esme Furnishings offer a warranty?
All of our furniture comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
