At Esme Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture and decor items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
